Hriday ki Superhero Kahaani

Hey! I am Hriday. Today I can fly but then it was not the same when I was a kid. Flying does not come easy. Trust me; it took me some really crazy amount of efforts to prove to myself that I am different. Different than the rest of the world (minus 6 of them). And today all my efforts have paid off. I have realized what I am here for. But would you even believe what all I have done as a kid just to see that I am different. Here are some of them which I could recollect.

  • I used to wear cape and mask at birthday parties (some didn’t quite fit me though)

  • I used to introduce myself as ‘Superman’

  • Once I jumped off the parapet wall in hopes of flying only to break my bones :(

  • At the age of 6, I cut my wrist thinking it would heal later…had to apply bandages on the same

  • I ate slugs and spat on others. Thought this was my defence mechanism.

  • I once tried to lift my papa’s motorbike, sadly the only think which got lifted hand. It’s two inches longer ever since.

  • I never really slept thinking the world might need my assistance at anytime

  • Used to wear tight-fitting costumes (well that’s what makes one a superhero) and roam. I remember making excuses of being in fancy dress competition.

  • I used to think everyone else is ‘human’

PS: Being a superhero is a serious business

Five Ways to Get Super-Natural Powers (By Eklavya)

I’m feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment. You would be too; if you found out that you’re going to be responsible to change the course of this planet. With the kind of power I have, sometimes it’s hard: should I curse my bad luck or be thankful for my good fortune?
By the way, I’m Eklavya (I was missing the last time, remember?) I can run like the wind… actually, run at the speed of light to be more precise.
Was thinking how one can really gain superpowers, here are few things/tests to check if you really ‘have’ it in you:

1. Act Dumb/Needy/ and Get the Magic COOKIE* : Well Hritik Roshan did it in Koi Mil Gaya, Nasrudeen Shah thrilled us in Chamatkar and the kids couldn’t get enough of Anil Kapoor in Mr. India! Jadoo…Jadoo… dude if you had this feeling that you have this ‘special’ something which you thought might be some disorder or worse you are you are hallucinating!! STOP! And think again you might just be the next Super Hero!!

2. Meditate (Note: we are not promoting Baba Ramdev). Take some time throughout the day to just sit and relax. Listen to your thoughts, and ask yourself questions. Listen for the answers. When the answers begin to flow naturally, do some checking afterwards. Were they correct? The more time you spend in this form of meditation, the more you will be able to control your mind, and have self awareness.

3. Dreams:
Pay attention to your dreams, do they come true? Or do they help you with the answers you need to get you through life's challenges? This is your psychic knowledge trying to guide you. Let it.

4. Trust Your Gut. Its True Most of the Times : Let your feelings guide you. If something doesn't feel right or just gives you a bad feeling, don't do it! If driving doesn't feel right, don't drive. If you have a strong urge to see someone, do it! The way you feel about something can be your strongest supernatural power. This power can help you make important decisions that can change your future. It may not feel like psychic power, but it may effect a situation in days to come.

5. Trust Yourself:
Trust that you have a supernatural power that just may not be conditioned yet. If you don't trust in yourself, your feelings, and your intuition, it will be impossible to develop the powers. The more you allow yourself to trust that your knowledge is accurate, the more you will see that the answers that come to you are correct!

However Super-Powers come with a lot of baggage and responsibilities (its fun when girls go oooooo and aaah but most of the times it’s quite stressful and at times risky too)
Anyway, I’m in this now, for good or for bad. I can’t escape it. It’s up to me to fulfill my destiny.

Where is Eklavya?

Shlok: Time is running out. We need to get all the seven yoddhas together. Every moment is precious.

Shunya: The Brighu Shastra has chosen then seven and it’s not ours to decide what to do now.

Shlok: All the seven yoddhas are incomplete without the other. We know it. But they don’t!
We need to get them all to Indraprastha house before 7 or else we will miss the boat and eventually evil would triumph.

Shunya: But somehow my concentration is wearing out and it seems I am not able to teleport. I think we should inform Dr. Charak about this.

Shlok: No Shunya! We have to do it. There is not backing out. Not at this moment.

Shunya: But I have lost all practice since the last 15 years.

Shlok: Relax and remove all the stress. You know that if we fail it would be the end.

After sometime

Shunya: All have gathered at Indraprastha House and its time to inform Dr.Charak.

But wait!!
Haryaksh, Varya, Hriday, Asmin, Drishika, Mastishk….they are just six.

Where is Eklavya?

Seven - It is time

Dr. Charak:

The evil is trying to hide from me… How much have I suffered? How many times did I try to find him?

But I guess it was destined to be this way. Our war was pre-determined the only difference is it’s going to begin soon…Pretty Soon.

Everything began with a zero. There was nothing.

But to understand nothing, to understand zero is complex. Nothing is real, and real is nothing.

No one understood this except the two of US. Me and him. But still look at our fate. The fight was between us. Between nothingness and what you think is real.

This is a war between body and soul….but who is to decide who is soul and who is body?

Nothing has changed…and it is now time.

It is time to get all seven yoddhas under one roof!

Let the war begin!
